Early risers have enjoyed a farmers market every Sunday between am and pm this summer. The market features a nice selection of produce, homemade and organic foods like honey and breads as well as local crafts. The market also featured local live entertainment during the summer which added a festive touch to the market. If you haven’t checked it out yet , you have two more weekends to see what you have been missing!
The farmers market sets up in the parking lot across from The Village Way and between The Steam Room’s parking Lot and Lainie’s Way on Main Street. The Framers market is sponsored by The Village Of Port Jefferson Economic Development Council.
Oh what a shame..I love the Farmers Market..Hope to see it next season.
