Eat Piada has done it again with the addition of a small/ quick bite delight they call Tortilla Espanola to their menu. Their interpretation of this Spanish classic is rather unique. Instead of a traditional omelet they have chosen a cup cake, muffin style and filled it with egg, potatoes, onion and their special mix of special spices. At $2.50 the Tortilla Espanola at eat Piada is one of the best deals in town!
