Thanks to The Greater PJ Chamber of Commerce, the annual Port Jeff’s Santa Parade is scheduled for Saturday Nov 26th at 1pm. According to Barbara Ransone of the Chamber, this years parade will be “Hugh” with costumed characters, dancers, local civic organizations, antique and custom cars, animals, floats and of course Santa and Mrs Claus are coming to Town for a few hours. The parade will come down Main Street around 1pm and will end up at Santa’s Workshop . Where is Santa’s Workshop? Santa will be setting up shop at the Drowned Meadow Cottage on the cornor of Barnum and West Broadway.
Get the family in the Holiday spirit and bring your camera and visit Sanata’s Workshop on Saturday Nov 26,2011 after the parade. Santa will be there til 4pm. Santa will also be at the Santa’s Workshop on Sunday Nov,27, 2011 from Noon til 4pm. Tell your friends, you and your kids will love the parade and visiting the Santa’s Workshop. Just think, everytime you drive past the Drowned Meadow Cottage this winter, the kids will ask ” Can we go to Santa’s Workshop!”
